Conveniently located in town, both of our properties are near 71B and I-49, giving you quick access to any of the cities in the metropolitan area of northwest Arkansas. You can be at the University of Arkansas campus in 14 minutes, or in Rogers and Bentonville within 20 minutes or less. The Northwest Regional Airport (XNA) is only 20-30 minutes by car on I-49.
